gas saving devices. There are a lot of manufacturers on the market that claim their gas saving devices work. These
include gas saving chips, fuel products, engine add-on devices, magnets that ionize the fuel, and little pills
placed in the gas tank. A lot of these products have been around for a while. In fact, every time gas prices rise or there
is a "gas shortage" a new device appears on the market.
So is there any truth to these wild claims? Are you suddenly going to save a lot of money at the pump with a magic pill for
your gas tank? Honestly. No! Don't waste your money - they don't work.
The EPA in the U.S. has tested hundreds of these products over the years and not found a single product that works. Furthermore,
Consumer Reports recently tested several new products and found that none of them lived up to their claims.
